How to create a 1-day service password for an advanced modification of the EA parameters

Go to: http://key.elementar.de to open the Login window:

Type the User and Password provided by Elementar. The following window will show up:

Click on “Create Service Password”. The following window will show up to generate the 1-day service password:

Type in your 8-digit EA instrument serial number, which is written at the back panel of your EA instrument. Choose which date would you like to get your 1-day service password for, and press “Submit” to generate a 6 digit password for the EA. Copy or keep the service password safely:

With this service password you can perform an advanced modification of the EA parameters. For that, at the EA software go to Options → Service → Parameters.

Enter your user name and the newly created service password to access the Device parameters window. Now you can finally modify your parameters:
